We operate a range of 7 off 5 axis and 3 off 3 Axis CNC trimming machines.

Moulded parts are normally vacuum clamped on a router jig, these jigs are either cast from a moulding or CNC machined where absolute geometric precision is required.

We prefer to use 3D component models supplied by our clients to generate the CNC trimming programs by using our CAD/CAM system, as this gives the best possible geometric precision in the trimmed part. Parts can however be programmed from samples supplied or 2D data if necessary.
